Hi there, my lovely reader, thanks for stopping by!
If you're here to look at my art, I apologise. No, not because they're bad (don't burst my bubble, I'm actually quite proud of my scribbles!), because I haven't posted in a while. Art is one of my favourite hobbies but it's taken a back seat to my studies and now (drum roll please to my blog!
No, no don't get me wrong, I'm not one of those people who's created a website for their crazy ramblings (although there is some of that >.<). The blog is a sort of an audition for my future dream job as a book editor/publisher. It's a blog where I write about my interests in folklore and fairy tales and I intend to do some deep research into concepts such as conventions of classic fairy tales to how to write your own. I do hope you'll be able to stop by some time! And, (bonus to you!) if there is an area you have an interest in but don't have the time, know-how or down-right 'nerdiness' to research I'd love to hear your ideas and maybe turn them into a entry.

Hi Everyone,
Uni is officially over for the year! Woop Woop! So I've got a little more free time... a little. I'm working full time this summer. But I intend on squeezing some time for art!!!

A quick note to those who watch me or are just scrolling down my page! First, thanks for the support or for the visit to thank me for my support
! Secondly, I've been frustrating my self over my art not getting the recognition I desired and silently agreeing with the growing numbers that feel the same way! Until I realized that it's not a one-way street! I can't just post art and think It's my right to get favorites or comments - because it' not! I have to earn it! I have to join groups and be active! I have to start following people not just for them to follow me back! I have to browse artist that have similar interests to me and favorite and comment on their work! In summary; I have to build up a reputation that deserves recognition!
